CO-INVESTMENT FUND

The Co-Investment Fund, managed by Clarendon Fund Managers, matches private investment into high-growth potential businesses based in Northern Ireland. We typically initially invest between £50k to £250k and support growth with follow-on investment.

The Investment Fund for Northern Ireland is seeking to invest in ambitious teams in high-growth companies across start-up, early, growth, and expansion stages of development.
Cheque sizes range from £250k to £3m.

SUPPORTING GROWTH

AuditComply received an initial £125,000 investment from the Co-Investment Fund, managed by Clarendon, in March 2015. Following seven additional follow-on investments that funded development of their innovative risk-management software, AuditComply received a strategic investment from the British Growth Fund and First Derivatives to accelerate growth.
