SaltDNA Selected in latest LORCA Cohort

The London Office for Rapid Cybersecurity Advancement (LORCA) has announced its third round of cybersecurity companies that will be joining its program to address the market need of industry today. Clarendon portfolio company SaltDNA, a Belfast based secure B2B communications provider is one of the fifteen ‘scaleup’ companies to have been selected into the reputable cohort.

LORCA’s bespoke program is designed around each of the company’s needs, which will be delivered by Plexal’s innovation team, the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT) at Queen’s University Belfast, and Deloitte’s cyber team.

Saj Huq, program director of LORCA, commented on the announcement: “We’re delighted with the caliber of the new additions to our program, with the latest cohort representing a host of new and exciting cyber solutions which we’ll be able to scale and help bring to market.

“We’re particularly pleased with the international flavor which the latest group of scaleups brings to LORCA, fortifying our position as a global cyber hub and the UK’s foremost destination for the most advanced technological solutions.”

“SaltDNA are extremely proud to have been selected for the latest LORCA cohort. There was an extensive application process in which SaltDNA representatives had to present to very senior executives from Deloitte, Lloyds Banking Group and LORCA,” said John Bailie, SaltDNA’s Head of Marketing upon being selected for the LORCA’s latest ‘scaleup’ cohort. “As part of this select group we’re hoping to gain deep insights into the needs of the large supporting organisations as well as exploring the networking and collaboration opportunities with the other cohort members. We’d like to thank LORCA once again for having SaltDNA as part of their third cohort, and wish all other participants the best of luck.”
