Portfolio company, SeeSense, involved in report findings deriving road safety insights.

SeeSense has partnered with Transport Accident Commission (TAC) Deakin University and iMOVE Australia to produce report findings and recommendations where their technology and data were used to understand cycling behaviour and derive road safety insights.

The report states that already the data collected has provided
“… a rich dataset for future research and analysis. The data is objective, and has the potential to inform policy changes related to speed management, cycling promotion, bicycle infrastructure, geofencing, and e-bikes. The potential policy impacts of the trial underscore the importance of ongoing investments in the trial.”
