BrainWaveBank, a CoFund portfolio company, has been named by Silicon Republic as one of Europe’s top medtech startups. BrainWaveBank hopes to prevent dementia related illnesses by measuring and tracking cognitive health.
BrainWaveBank’s goal is to improve well-being by diagnosing the early stages of dementia, allowing for the introduction of therapies that can allow for longer, healthier, more connected lives.
Belfast-based compliance software developer AuditComply has been sold for an undisclosed sum to Toronto-headquartered cloud-based manufacturing software experts Nulogy, resulting in a successful exit for Co-Fund NI.
ILIMEX, the Northern Ireland-based provider of biosecurity and air sterilisation solutions, is pleased to announce the conclusion of a funding round which has raised additional equity finance of £600,000 (c. €700,000). This funding will be used to validate the performance of ILIMEX’s Flufence air sterilisation solutions and fund its entry into the agri-food sector with an initial focus on poultry and medicinal mushroom production.
